Two minds, one idea

Is my patient data safe with an offshore team?
Yes. We sign a Business Associate Agreement, train every team member on HIPAA, and work on company-owned, locked-down computers with MFA and VPN. Personal phones and USB storage are not allowed on the floor.
Where does my team work, and when?
From our office in Islamabad, Pakistan, on US business hours, with a team lead on the same shift. We run backup internet and power so the work does not stop.
What if a team member is not the right fit?
